If you submit a recipe suggestion through our contact form, you grant Original Function Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish that submission in connection with the Site. You represent that your submission is your original work and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We are under no obligation to publish, respond to, or retain any submission.

5. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied. Recipes on this Site are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Follow safe food-handling practices and, where applicable, drink responsibly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Original Function Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

The Site contains advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.
